If you've been paying attention you would have noticed there's been no new blog posts for quite a while (not since last year!). Unlike some people who can pump out a good blog post every day, I'm not quite so talented. My plans are to have a new blog post at least once every month and if possible one each fortnight.
Last month Sydney went off with the third instalment of Defqon.1 Festival. In case you missed it, see our review: Defqon.1 – A Ravers Dream Day Out. Our cameras got in on the action - check out the photos bellow.

There exists a magical island where for a single day a ravers dreams can come true. Where along with almost 20000 others you can leave your worries behind, let loose and immerse yourself in the colours of the harder styles. The island is the Sydney International Regatta Centre and the day is Defqon.1 – Australia's premiere hard dance music festival.
Not long ago on the 17th September the ravers paradise came alive once again for a triumphant return in its third year here in Oz. As in previous years the events enormity, attention to detail and flawless execution doesn't fails to impress us. The result - Australia's biggest, greatest, hardest dance festival setting the new gold standard for all other Aussie dance festivals.

With only a week to go to, Defqon.1 Australia is so close you can already feel the pounding bass of Endymion smashing out 'Chaos' to the hoards of bouncing ravers. And so this post is dedicated to getting you in the mood for dancing all day at Defqon.
Packed full of off tap Hardstyle, Hard Dance, Gabber & Hardcore with a Defqon.1 flavor, this Free Music Friday has heaps of tunes from leaders in the harder styles.
Expect to see kids in cyber goth / graver outfits at this years Defqon.1 because the white stage will be themed Hard Industrial Dance. Out of 5 worthy finalists in the Defqon.1 Drop Your Own Area competition, the official winner was Shallow Nation.

Our shop has launched! Anticipation was high and general response was good. The shop is working great and everything is looking good.
We launched with a little under 90 awesome products and we plan to add much more in the coming months. It's early days and we are more inspired than ever. We'll continue to work hard so RAVEGEAR can continue evolving into something we can all be proud of.
