Returns Policy

Faulty Items

We'll gladly accept returns within 30 days of you receiving the item if the purchased item is faulty, does not do what it's supposed to or does not match the product description.

Change of Mind

To keep you smiling we also accept returns if you're not completely happy with the product and change your mind. You can return the item within 30 days of your reviving it as long as it complies with the following:

Return Conditions

The item must be as new, that is, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in its original packaging and tags attached. The packaging must also be in as new condition.

Non-returnable Items

Items that cannot be returned (unless faulty) include:

  • Personalized/custom made clothing
  • Swimwear, underwear & hotpants
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items

Returns Process

  1. If you wish to return an item please contact us.
  2. Provide the purchasers name, the name of the product, date of purchase, a reason for return and if you have worn/used the item.
  3. We will contact you back as soon as we can with further details.
  4. Once we receive the item, we will confirm the item meet our conditions, process the return and issue you an exchange or refund.

Refund Methods

Credit will be issued (excluding shipping & handling charges) via the same payment method as used for original purchase. On exception you may choose from credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer or in-store credit.

Incorrect Or Damaged Items

If you revived the wrong product or found your product damaged during shipping, please contact us.
